Refund & Return Policy

At Sam Accessories & Gadgets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with
your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories
intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals or removed protective covers
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
- Customized or personalized products
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at lukshita999@gmail.com or through the Contact form on our website.
- Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours and arrange a pickup if approved.
4. Refund Process
- Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7
business days after we receive the returned item.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your
bank account details.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product).
5. Exchange
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant (if available). Exchanges follow the same
eligibility rules as returns. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the item. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra
cost.
7. Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may return it after delivery.
- COD orders that are refused at delivery may be subject to return shipping charges.
